We had a delightful stay where the rooftop pool was a perfect escape from the August heat, and the breakfast offered a great selection, especially for our vegetarian family. The reception lady was incredibly knowledgeable and provided helpful tips about local transportation and attractions!

The restaurant staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, making us feel uncomfortable during our meals. Our room was not cleaned properly, with visible dirt in corners and a musty smell from the shower curtain that clearly hadn't been replaced. The air conditioning was inadequate. despite changing rooms, it barely functioned, leaving us to suffer in the unbearable heat.
